Mon avis sur les guitares Duvoisin

Mon nom est Davide M., guitariste, co-compositeur et un des membres fondateurs du groupe Y825.

En quelques mots, je vais vous décrire mes impressions à propos des guitares Duvoisin, ce qui vous donnera probablement l’envie de vous en offrir une...ou tout au moins de courir l’essayer... Ready !!!

Voilà bientôt une année que j’ai la chance de m’éclater sur une Duvoisin model Genève qui est totalement adaptée à mon style, que ce soit pour les parties rythmiques ou pour les solos les plus rapide ou technique. La sonorité, le confort et la facilité de jeux que je ressens avec cette guitare m’a permis de ranger sans regret toutes les autres guitares haut de gammes que j’ai pu utiliser jusqu’ici.

Pour ce qui est du son, j’ai eu beau chercher des points réellement négatifs (et si vous me connaissez personnellement vous savez à quel point je peux être pointilleux), et bien désolé, je n’en ai pas trouvé. Tant en utilisation studio que en concert, cette guitare est parfaite et donc très polyvalente.

Le travail de lutherie est à tomber par terre! Les mécaniques et les micros sont d’une qualité irréprochable et me permettent de sortir le maximum de mon jeu.

Vous l’aurez donc compris, je suis à présent un utilisateur inconditionnel et satisfait des guitares Duvoisin.

Mais la musique se passant de mot, c’est à votre tour maintenant de vous faire une idée concrète en allant les essayer chez Duvoisin guitare ou tout simplement en venant me voir sur scène avec Y825. Vous comprendrez alors les raisons qui m’ont poussé à jouer exclusivement sur cette marque d’exception.

Un dernier mot peut-être... simplement merci aux trois personnes qui ont permis l’aboutissement de cette collaboration: Didier, Gil & Jaques Duvoisin !

What I think about the Duvoisin Guitars

My name is Davide M. and I’m the guitar player, co-composer and one of the founders of the Y825 rock band.

In few words let me share with you my feelings about the Duvoisin  guitars which most probably will give you the envy to get one, or at least to try one ... Ready!!!

It is nearly one year that I have the chance to play and enjoy myself on a Duvoisin model Genève. It was custom made and adapted to my style, as far as the rhythmic, technical or fast solos are concerned, the sound and comfort with that guitar is such that I dropped at once all the other high end guitars that I was playing with.

As far as the sound is concerned, in concerts or in studio, I did not found any negative points (if you know me you know how picky I am). This guitar is extremely polyvalent.

The workmanship will blow your socks off, the level of the mechanics and mics are unbelievably high and allows me to give the best of my play.

By now, you have probably understood that I became a big fan of the Duvoisin Guitars.

But music is wordless and therefore it is your turn to try one by going to Duvoisin Guitars or simply coming to see me at any Y825 gigs and you will understand why I exclusively play with this exceptional instrument now.
